1. Digital Delivery Only

All products and services delivered by Storia Connect—including interviews, portraits, and multimedia stories—are digital in nature. No physical products are shipped.

Final files (video, audio, or text) will be delivered in one or more of the following formats:

• A downloadable link via a secure file-sharing service

• A private link on YouTube (accessible only to those with the link)

2. Processing & Delivery Time

We take care to craft each story with intention and quality. Please allow a minimum of 7 business days from the date of the session or final recording for us to process, edit, and deliver your files. More complex projects may require additional time, and we’ll inform you accordingly.

We’ll always communicate clearly with you about the expected timeline and keep you updated on progress.

3. YouTube Sharing & Privacy

When delivering your story via YouTube, it will initially be set to "Unlisted". This means:

• Only those with the direct link can view the video

• It will not appear in public searches, feeds, or on the Storia Connect YouTube channel

Your story will only be made public on our channel with your explicit written consent.
