Who We Are
My name is Andrés M. Pardo Iannini, and today I have the joy of combining three of my greatest passions into my professional life.
The first is photography. From the moment I encountered Steve McCurry’s iconic "Afghan Girl" as a young boy, I was captivated by the profound ability of photography to tell stories and evoke deep emotions. This fascination drove me to dedicate three years to fine art studies at Fotoacademie, even while balancing a full-time job.
The second passion is business—specifically, the constant pursuit of making it more meaningful and impactful. My MBA from Rotterdam School of Management equipped me with the tools to understand and enhance business dynamics, inspiring me to integrate storytelling into leadership and organizational growth.
My third passion revolves around people: understanding their journeys, appreciating their uniqueness, and listening beyond surface-level conversations. Throughout my professional life, I have thrived in roles that required extensive stakeholder engagement, discovering along the way a natural gift for earning trust and enabling others to open up authentically. Interestingly enough, this gift extends beyond professional settings—strangers frequently entrust me with their personal stories, whether we meet on buses, airplanes, or at social gatherings.
At Storia Connect, these three passions unite in a unique offering. Through genuine conversations, visual storytelling, and authentic portraits, I help leaders and individuals alike express their true selves and bridge connections—whether with their teams, families, or broader communities.
